Mezzanine floors solve space and storage problems

Boxspan® mezzanine floors are commonly used in warehouse and factory environments. The floors work in a similar way to upper floor frames in residential construction. Where they differ is the mezzanine and commercial Boxspan® floor frames are designed to take greater trafficable and storage loads. Mezzanine Floor System
	Joists are typically connected to structural beams and columns to maximise access below. Where floors meet up against factory walls generally a waling plate beam or steel angle is  bolted to brick /block walls.
