Boxspan® Commercial & Industrial Floor Beams
Mezzanine floors solve space and storage problems
Boxspan® mezzanine floors are commonly used in warehouse and factory environments. The floors work in a similar way to upper floor frames in residential construction. Where they differ is the mezzanine and commercial Boxspan® floor frames are designed to take greater trafficable and storage loads. There are good reasons for adding a Boxspan mezzanine floor to a warehouse or factory:
- Adds greater usable space
- Long-spanning Boxspan® allows better access with fewer columns required.
- Boxspan floor frames are supplied as a complete, fully designed system making it quick to install, minimising disruptions
- Exposed Boxspan® joists leave a tidy finish under floor
- Floors can be designed for office or any other use
