Webshop Payment Methods & Conditions of Purchase

Account Customers

All accounts are strictly 30 days with approved credit application. Payments to be made by direct deposit.

Non- Account Customers

For goods under $300 payment by direct deposit or credit card is required, or cash on pick up by arrangement. If goods are being delivered, payment must be received prior to delivery. For goods over $300 a 50% deposit is to be received prior to processing of order with the 50% balance payable prior to delivery.

Credit Card Payments

Spantec Systems has Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard facilities available. A fee of 1.0% will be charged on payments over $3,000. If payment is split over different days and/or multiple deposits the 1% fee will still apply if the total of the deposit or the total of the balance is $3,000 or over.

Special Notes

· As Spantec Systems uses several contract carriers for transport it is not practical for payment to be made to the driver on delivery of goods.

· If a deposit is paid by cheque, processing of order will commence once funds have cleared.

 

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend, modify, add, delete and make corrections to the website and these Terms of Use at any time without notice.
